Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap 'Delete Account'. You will be asked to confirm twice. All your data is permanently removed immediately.

Are my contacts stored on your servers?

Only contacts you explicitly add or import are stored. When you use the contact import feature, you choose which contacts to import — your full device contact list is never uploaded.

How does BCC email logging work?

You can find your personal BCC address in Settings. Add it as a BCC recipient when sending emails and HeyMutuals will automatically log that email as an interaction with the matching contact.

Is HeyMutuals free?

Yes, HeyMutuals is completely free to use.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link shortly.
